Our Divisions

Unmasking Me – Lost in My Head, Stuck in My Thoughts

Mental Health Advocacy & Awareness | Book | Personal Blog | Public Speaking | Youth Conference / Sumit

This division serves as a community platform and forum for mental health awareness, healing, and empowerment. Rooted in storytelling and shared experiences, Unmasking Me and The Gray Space aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health, especially among youth, young adults, and underserved communities.

1. Mental Health Advocacy & Awareness

This division serves as the heart of GraySpace Foundation, driving nationwide and global campaigns focused on destigmatizing mental health conversations among youth, teens, and young adults. Through community programs, school partnerships, and online outreach, this unit works to normalize seeking help, educate communities, and connect young people to vital resources.

2. Book Division: Unmasking Me

At the core of our storytelling initiative is the powerful memoir, Unmasking Me: Lost in My Head, Stuck in My Thoughts by Coach Joe Gray. This book offers an honest and healing journey from silence to strength, serving as both a personal testimony and a guiding light for readers navigating mental health struggles. The book is also used as an advocacy tool during events and school visits to spark conversations and bring hope to youth.

3. Personal Blog – The Gray Space

The blog arm of the foundation shares authentic, weekly content ranging from emotional reflections, educational insights, youth experiences, and community spotlights. It offers young readers, educators, and parents a platform to explore themes of healing, growth, mentorship, and empowerment—creating a bridge between lived experiences and shared understanding.

4. Public Speaking & Youth Engagement

Coach Joe Gray and other advocates under GraySpace offer powerful, engaging speaking sessions at schools, churches, youth events, and mental health forums. These talks inspire self-discovery, promote resilience, and empower youth to embrace their identity while highlighting the importance of mental wellness, emotional intelligence, and advocacy for neurodivergent and special needs youth.

5. Youth Conference & Summit

GraySpace Foundation hosts annual Youth Summits and Conferences to bring together young leaders, mental health professionals, educators, and advocates. These high-impact gatherings serve as safe spaces for dialogue, leadership training, mentorship, and healing—amplifying youth voices while equipping them with practical tools for life and purpose.

6. Mentorship & Peer Support Programs

This arm connects young individuals with trained mentors and mental health advocates who provide consistent guidance, emotional support, and positive peer accountability. Structured programs allow participants to grow socially, mentally, and spiritually in a safe and affirming environment.

7. Grant Support & International Partnerships

As part of its global advocacy efforts, GraySpace Foundation partners with funding bodies, grant organizations, and educational institutions to secure resources that support mental health initiatives, research, and grassroots youth development programs. This division helps bridge the gap between underserved youth and the opportunities that can transform their futures.
