How We Recruit at Gray Space

  • You’ll never be asked by Gray Space to provide or accept money or items like gift cards during interviews or onboarding.
  • Gray Space will never ask for personal details like your bank info or national ID until you've officially started the onboarding process.
  • Every job offer from Gray Space follows a series of at least three virtual interviews. We’ll never skip straight to an offer.
  • Real job offers from Gray Space are always shared verbally by someone from our People & Culture team.
  • Be cautious there are fake job postings and scam emails out there using domains that look like Gray Space. These are not from us.
  • If you’re expecting an email from Gray Space, always double-check that it comes from grayspace.org and not a look-alike domain.
