At Gray Space, we believe in the power of connection, growth, and support. Our Youth Mentorship Program pairs passionate young people with experienced mentors who can help them navigate their leadership journey, build confidence, and drive real impact in their schools and communities.
Whether you’re just starting your mental health advocacy journey or looking to deepen your impact, the Gray Space Mentorship Program gives you the tools, guidance, and encouragement to thrive.
Mentorship is about more than advice. It’s about building a relationship rooted in trust, growth, and purpose. Through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and check-ins, our mentors help youth:
Strengthen leadership skills
Set and achieve personal and community goals
Learn how to plan and lead effective mental health initiatives
Develop communication and advocacy strategies
Stay motivated and inspired
We’ve designed the Gray Space Youth Mentorship Program to be flexible, engaging, and meaningful. Here’s what participants can expect:
Peer-to-Peer Support
Mentees are matched with trained peer mentors who understand what they’re going through and are ready to offer encouragement and guidance.
Monthly Check-Ins
Mentors and mentees connect regularly—whether in person, online, or by phone—to share updates, ask questions, and celebrate growth.
Workshops and Learning Sessions
Exclusive access to skill-building sessions on topics like stress management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and self-care.
Community Connection
Be part of a growing, supportive network of young people who are passionate about mental health and making a difference.
This program is open to all students involved in a Gray Space Chapter or looking to launch one. Whether you’re in high school, college, or a community-based group, mentorship is a powerful way to grow your potential.
